Roamer enables you to use your number abroad without incurring roaming charges and make international calls from home or abroad at incredibly low rates. Launching Roamer for the first time you register your regular mobile number. It will be used as your Caller ID on all of your calls. Choose calls over either Internet (Wi-Fi/3G/4G) for extra savings or normal mobile networks for reliability. For the latter, you need an inserted, preferably local SIM card. You are dialing traditional phone numbers not usernames; the other party does not necessarily need to install Roamer, especially if she is your Granny or boss.
